Exclusions
Make a list of your exclusions and be sure the buyer (and your agent) know
they are excluded. The list might consist of a light fixture, a washer and
dryer, or plants in the yard. This can be a cause of contention just at a
critical point in the sale.
To avoid any problems, be sure to specify any special sales considerations
or exclusions. Generally, anything permanently attached to the house stays
with the home after the sale.
